Nowadays, there are many manufacturers of industrial aluminum profiles on the market, but most of them are mixed, and many customers themselves do not have the ability to distinguish the quality of industrial aluminum profiles, so the standard of industrial aluminum profiles has become a problem. Every industry has its own standards, and every product has its own standards. A formal production-oriented enterprise will have a set of implementation standards for its products, and only those that meet the standards will be labeled as qualified and enter the market. Let's take a look at the relevant content together.
National standards, hardness standards, length standards, cutting standards, and production standards are the production standards for industrial aluminum profiles, and manufacturers must strictly implement them.
National standard: GB/T6892-2006; but because this standard is lower than the standard for architectural aluminum profiles, we generally use the national standard for architectural aluminum profiles GB5237-2008 to control industrial aluminum profiles.
The GB5237-2008 standard divides aluminum profiles into three levels: ordinary, high-precision and very high-precision. Each level also stipulates the dimensional tolerance range, plane clearance, bending degree, and twisting degree of aluminum profiles.
Hardness standard: Generally, industrial aluminum profiles made of 6063-T5 are qualified with a hardness of ≥8 degrees. The hardness mentioned here refers to the Webster's hardness.
Length standard: The length of one industrial aluminum profile produced by the existing aluminum profile manufacturers on the market is 6.02 meters. If you want to be longer, you can only customize it.
Cutting standard: The general cutting error is ≤0.5mm, so that when the aluminum profile frame is assembled, it will not be installed.
Production standard: The production of industrial aluminum profiles is in line with European standard production standards: ISO9001 quality management system.
